This is Gaillac-AOV 2003 Red wine, produced by Chateau Bouscaillous, part of Gaillac – France, fermented and bottled in Dalat brewery company This kind of wine is the mix of Carbenet Sauvignon and Merlot. This combination from these varieties creates a dark colour and strong flavour, reminding of fresh forest fruit and a little of spice.
