Product Description
Tapioca Starch is widely used in both food and non food industries. In the food industry, the basic products derived from tapioca starch are glucose, dextrose, high fructose as well as other sweeteners. With similar sweetening base, tapioca starch can also be processed into a kind of food seasoning products in flake – like or crystallized form called monosodium glutamate. Besides, many other food additive and derivative products are also produced with the mix or total use of tapioca starch such as noodles, sago pearls, custard, gravies, cream, sauces, food mass binder, soup thickeners, etc.
Tay Ninh Tapioca Starch product is marketed under the mark of “Cassava” brand, which represents the top selected quality food grade manufactured in Vietnam. The general specification of this product is indicated on a minimum standards basic as follows:
  • Starch content : 85% min

  • Moisture :         13 %max

  • PH :                  4 – 7

  • Pulp :               0.20 % max

  • Ash  :               0.20 % max

  • Viscosity :         600 Bu. min
